Family with children might find it decent

The location was great just a few steps away from the main square, and the breakfast offered a beautiful view of the city. One morning, we had a small mix-up with seating but the staff handled it really well, quickly finding a spot for us at a shared table with another family we ended up chatting with.

The total stay was very good of 4 nights. King room I stayed at was nice cosy and well laid out in undergrand level. Having a hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The breakfast was poor, I think it could be better.

Undeniably, the location is prime, and the helpful reception staff did their best. My experience was marred by poor room cleanliness and malfunctioning AC. Noise from the street disturbed my sleep, amplifying my discomfort. The breakfast lacked variety as well. It's a mixed bag of convenience and several unacceptable flaws.

The king room was brand-new with ac.

The best part was the location! So close to Taksim Square, I loved exploring the area. The room was quite cramped and could've been cleaner 😕

Large rooms, fast and free wi fi connection, convinient location to public transportation and main shopping/dinning area, comfortable bed, air condition worked great, staff at reception were generally friendly

Rooms, common areas, and elevators need renovation. They made me pay upon check in.

privecy, food, I have been staying in this hotel since Dec, 2008. and it's realy recomanded for family, school trip and sole travel.

There are also plenty of relaxation spots, like the game lounge and outdoor seating area.

Excelent spot. Centre of Istambul, Taksim square, where you have access to all sorts of public transport.

Constant zzzzzzzzmmmmmmmmm sound in the bedroom wich came from air conduits located above the bed, irreversible. Window heavy courtains did not block the light at all. Free wireless but no access from my bedroom, signal lost right after entering the room.

They have 2 types of rooms....still the old ones and the new renovated ones which are fabulous, but the curtains are so thin that will not block the light at all....the old rooms are in old style, but ok and with better curtains, so u will sleep in the darkness.... Location cool, just a few steps down from taksim square, near the shops.

Noisy street also at nite.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the comfortable bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Highly recommend for a great experience!

the room we stayed in 421 but the toilete was always cold because the window in the toilet is bringing in cold air while its closed
